Delivery and Returns

 

Delivery

Your order will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail tracked and signed and delivered within 1-3 days of your order being placed, Monday-Friday. 

A signature is required upon delivery, if you are not in to sign a card will be left and your parcel will be sent to your nearest delivery office.

Deliveries to Western Europe generally take between 3 and 5 working days. Deliveries to the rest of the world can take anywhere between 3 and 14 working days.

Returns Policy

All returns to be sent back within 14 days, money will be fully refunded.

Please note we do not accept returns on headbands and earrings due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

We take great care in creating high quality accessories that can be treasured for generations. All our pieces are also ethical and vegan.

To ensure pieces look its very best, please handle with utmost care. Please keep dry and shield fully from perfumes, hairsprays, and creams (as these materials can damage crystal pieces and trimmings). All our Crowns come with a dust bag for storing.
